While the ABEG Emergency App empowered people to call for help instantly, we realized the bigger challenge was what happened after the alert. Emergency coordination was still slow and outdated.     Yes. All payments happen entirely within the platform. There are no offline transfers, no phone negotiations, and no manual invoicing. Once a trip is completed, payment is processed automatically based on the agreed amount.

    ABEG EMS Pro supports bank transfers and card payments through our secure in-app payment gateway. Additional payment options may be available depending on your organisation's setup — contact us to discuss what works best for your facility.

    Payment is only triggered after a trip has been marked as completed by the driver and confirmed in the system. You are never charged for a request that was not fulfilled.

    Yes. Operators with multiple active trips can monitor all of them simultaneously from the dispatch console. Hospitals with multiple active requests also have full visibility across all ongoing trips in their dashboard.
