What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you submit a deletion request, the following actions will be taken on your ABEG EMS Pro account:

• Personal information — Your name, email address, phone number, and profile details will be permanently removed from our systems.
• Trip and dispatch history — All records of emergency requests, ambulance dispatches, and trip logs associated with your account will be deleted.
• Saved preferences and settings — Any custom configurations, notification preferences, and saved locations will be erased.
• Access revoked — You will lose access to the ABEG EMS Pro mobile app and any connected operator or hospital dashboards linked to your account.
• Linked payment data — Any stored payment methods or billing information will be removed.

How It Works

• Enter the email address associated with your ABEG EMS Pro account in the form.
• Confirm that you understand the consequences of account deletion.
• Submit your request. Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. During this period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to log in. If you change your mind before the deletion is completed, contact our support team at ambulancems@gmail.com.
